Setting the Scene
When you call us we will want to know the answers to a few questions:
The most important one is "What do you want to get out of it?" "What are your aims?"
It may be that you contacted us because you can see a problem within your team. Maybe you have cause to reward your team for hard work done.
With the aims for the event set in place we can put the programme together and be sure it is tailored exactly tp your team.
Team Development doesn't have to be serious in fact people who enjoy themselves generally remember the experience better.
We aim to enhance and develop the way in which the team works, usually by means of carefully selected short exercises that illustrate effectively certain common issues.
Most importantly our staff always relate the team discussion and feedback to the workplace, not to the task.
Teamwork can be developed in ways that are a bit unusual too - for example an Off Road Driving Safari which takes a whole or half day, with the team working together to achieve a common goal.
