Team building activities are many and varied - it is not what the group does that is so important but the way it is done.
However it is vital to put together a programme that suits the group. Thus some groups will be very happy to spend a day out in the open, perhaps getting muddy and dirty, whilst other groups will get more out of a day indoors.
Most of the tasks and exercises we use are of a practical nature. This is because the group must communicate, plan and work together to solve the problem; giving observers a better chance to see how the group dynamics work.
