The numbers on each workshop were usually 14 or 15 and they were divided into groups of five or six people. In the half day they completed four tasks. Following each task there was a debrief with each team, their trainer leading the discussion around leadership.
The group had to think about whether or not having a leader improved the teams' problem solving ability or not.
At the end of the session the whole group consolidates what they have learned from the day and a collective discussion was held before the group moved on to another workshop. |
